  • ¼ white cabbage head
  • 200 g carrots
  • 200 g red beetroot, cooked or from the jar
  • 4 pickled gherkins
  • 1 onion
  • ½ bag of potato sticks

Dressing ingredients

  • 3 tbsp salad cream
  • 1/2 clove of garlic

Easy and quick to prepare. Grate, toss, ready to serve!

Preparation

Cut white cabbage into thin strips. Grate carrots, red beet and pickled gherkins. Chop onion. Before serving mix with mayonaaise (salad cream) and crushed garlic. Ready! Enjoy!
