The secret of success for this tasty salad lies in using an old black iron skillet!!

Melt the bacon with the sunflower oil in an old iron skillet, until there is a large quantity of smoke.

Meanwhile, prepare the dressing with the mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar. Do not add any oil. Cut the hard boiled eggs and the garlic and add them to the dressing.

Incorporate the bacon and the oil from the skillet in the dressing.

Add the prepared salad leaves and toss just before serving.
