Batavia lettuce is in itself quite tasty and very suitable for a delicious salad. Enjoy!


  • Cut the celeriac clean and use only the inner part
  • Grate the celeriac in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, horseradish and a little lemon juice
  • In a bowl, mix some lettuce leaves with the celeriac
  • Garnish with slices of roast beef, pepper and salt
