• 4 pita breads
  • 1 Salanova® butterhead (or any other lettuce of your choice)
  • 1-2 yellow Sweet Palermo (Pointed pepper)
  • 8 cocktail tomatoes

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime

Dressing ingredients

  • 1 red onion
  • 250 g curd cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt, pepper, chilli

  • Preheat the oven at 180°C. Bake the pita bread according to the instructions.
  • Cut the onion into small dices and mix with the curd. Season the curd with garlic, salt, pepper and chilli.
  • Wash and dry the lettuce. Wash the pepper and the tomatoes, cut them into small strips and quarters respectively. Cut the chilli pepper into rings. Remove the avocado pit, cut the fruit flesh into cubes and drizzle lime on it.
  • Slice the baked pita breads and fill them with lettuce, pepper, tomatoes, avocado and chilli pepper. Season to taste. Serve with garlic curd.
