Que ótima combinação do queijo salgado combina perfeitamente com o doce e suculento melão.

Preparo

Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds. Cut off both points of the melon so it can stand. Scoop out small balls of melon with an apple corer and place in a bowl. Cut the feta into cubes and add to the melon balls. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds on the feta and melon, drizzle with olive oil and put on a little black pepper. Now mix everything together and carefully spoon the mixture into the half melon. Place the melons in the refrigerator for half hour before eating. Garnish the melons with some mint leaves before serving. Great for lunch (on the beach!)

Corte o melão ao meio e retire as sementes. Cortar os dois pontos do melão para que ele possa ficar de pé. Retire pequenas bolas de melão com um descaroçador de maçãs e coloque em uma tigela. Corte o queijo feta em cubos e adicione as bolas de melão. Espalhe as sementes de abóbora no queijo feta e melão, regue com azeite e coloque um pouco de pimenta preta. Agora misture tudo junto e cuidadosamente com uma colher a coloque na metade do melão. Coloque os melões na geladeira por meia hora antes de comer. Decore os melões com algumas folhas de hortelã antes de servir. Ótimo para almoço (na praia!)
