2 years ago, we were working for a sweet pepper farmer in our area. We found out that this is a great crop to invest and work with. So we started to grow sweet peppers and the "tri-color" varieties a year ago and we love it!
Tri-colors are blocky sweet peppers (in some countries called capsicums) and they normally are available in three colours - green, red, and yellow and sometimes orange! All members of my family work together in the field. This makes us love each other even more!
Growing sweet peppers in Vietnam is still a big challenge for us but we like it very much. We are working and learning everyday from our own fields and by talking to other farmers so we can produce the best quality for the market.
Good varieties help us to get the best quality with good production. We enjoy eating fresh tasty sweet peppers and hope our tri-colors can help you and your family create a good and healthy meal too!
