Another successful love my salad event in Daylesford at Mercato

Mercato has become an institution in Daylesford with a mix of locals and visitors that make it to the tables of this popular country restaurant each week. But this week the customer service team of Rijk Zwaan (all enthusiastic salad lovers!) got together with chef Richard Mee who was on hand to provide expert tips, to create and share their own salads. It was the perfect lunch. We hope you enjoy and are inspired by the video because we are loking forward to more events like this in the future. It is a great team building event.
