Why do you love salad?
Salads are simple, honest, very tasty and with lots of variety. I recently started working for a worldwide vegetable breeding company and my welcome gift was an absolutely beautiful cooking book. This book is like an appetiser and has captured the flavours of the many countries in which we have a subsidiary. I would very much like to share these recipes with you!
