A joy to behold and an even greater taste sensation this delicious melon salad ...

Ingredients

2 honeydew melons
1 apple
1 pear
1 lemon
walnuts
honey
a handfult of chopped parsley
shaved Spanish ham

Preparation

  • Cut the melon in two
  • Spoon the melon
  • Cut the flesh into cubes
  • Cut the apple into chunks (unpeeled)
  • Cut the pear into cubes (unpeeled)
  • Combine the melon, apple and pear
  • Pour the juice of half a lemon over the fruit mixture
  • Add honey to taste
  • Dress the melon
  • Add parsley and shaved Spanish ham (jamon)
