Primaveral (Spring) Salad

Introduction

This is a special salad for me. I used to make it at home in Chile with my mum. (Carla)

Ingredients

1 Baby cos lettuce
7 Green beans
1 Red capsicum
Chicken breast
50 g Butter
1 carrot
100 g corn
2 avocados

Dressing Ingredients

Parsley
Oregano
Lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
1/2 clove of garlic

Preparation

Finely chop the baby cos lettuce.
Blanch green beans and let them cool
Slice red capsicum
Cook the carrot and corn
Cook chicken in the oven for 10 minutes. Season and add butter with garlic on top.
