Together with my colleague Astrid, we have made a great "goat cheese salad" using fresh ingredients provided at a salad making workshop. It was a great way to get to know team members.
Ingredients
red and green lettuce (Salanova)
red oak leaf
vine tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 sprig parsley
1 pear
goat cheese
1 clove of garlic
roasted pine nuts
Dressing Ingredients
olive oil
white wine vinegar
3 tbsp honey
pepper and salt
Preparation
Place the vine tomatoes in a dish, sprinkle with olive oil, chopped garlic and parsley.
Pour the honey over the cheese and place for about 10 minutes under the grill.
Wash the lettuce, ribs removed and torn into small pieces.
Cut the tomato, pear and onion into small cubes.
Roast the pine nuts.
Make a dressing of olive oil, vinegar and salt and pepper and pour over the tomato, pear and onion.
Garnish the salad with the grilled goat cheese, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts.
