Great healthy pizza choice, the kids will love this tasty recipe.
Place pita pockets on a baking paper lined oven tray.
Spread each pita with tomato paste and sprinkle with half the mozzarella.
Top with some ham, half the rocket, olives and tomatoes. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
Bake each pizza at 180 degree celcius for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy. You can also simple grill the pizza until the cheese melts.
Top each pizza with remaining rocket and enjoy!
