Peel the golden honeydew melon and slice across into circles (cut the seeds out).
Lay the honeydew slices on the lettuce.
Mix tuna, capsicum, celery and mayonnaise together, pepper to taste.
Then place into the centre of the golden honeydew circles.
Serve chilled.
