Introduction

Light and fresh dish. Low fat and colourful. Most people like this salad because the way it looks and tastes. (Leng)

Ingredients

Pork
Cucumber
Carrot
Celery
Capsicum
Mixed herbs (Vietnamese mint, Thai basil, pepermint

Dressing Ingredients

Fish sauce
Chilli
Lime juice
Garlic
Shallot
Salt
Palm sugar

Preparation

  • Cut all ingredients in strips and Julienne
  • Put all ingredients in bowl
  • Add dressing
  • Decorate plate
  • Serve Salad

Additional Information

The lime juice and palm sugar in the dressing are the key to the flavour. This recipe can be done with chicken or no meat for a vegetarian version. The more colour, the more attractive.
