  • 150g corn salad
  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • Shavings of parmesan
  • 1 apple

Dressing ingredients

  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Cider vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Prepare a dish per person.
First display the corn salad.
Put small cubes of beetroot on the corn salad.
Decorate with thin slices of apple and sprinkle with the shavings of parmesan.
Add the dressing and that's it!
