A big group of salad lovers came together during the last Love my Salad event in Spain,  to create a special salad with the available ingredients.

Each group of people, sitting at the same table, designed their own salad.

When everyone was done creating their salad, every table could vote for their favorite salad.

Many people chose this very simple salad! Its easy to prepare and the presentation makes it suitable as a side dish.

• Slice the cucumbers
• Put the cucumber slices in a glass
• On the base of cucumber, we put the tomatoes and finally the leaves of lettuce
• Add some olive oil, salt and dill
