  • 1 butterhead lettuce
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • 8 slices French bread
  • 300 g brie into thin slices
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons thyme leaves (fresh or frozen)

Dressing ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper


Wash and dry lettuce and tear leaves smaller
Fry the bacon and drain on paper towels
Whisk 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper
Sprinkle the baguette slices on both sides with remaining oil and fry until golden in a dry frying pan
Place the brie in there, put the lid on the skillet and allow to melt
Mix the thyme honey and spread this mixture over the brie sandwiches
Mix the lettuce with the dressing and arrange on 4 plates
Sprinkle the bacon over and place the brie sandwich there
