Sharing information on Love My Salad

Love My Salad provides a platform to create a Social Salad Network and to share information on salads, vegetables, and all information related thereto. Love My Salad should not be used for any other purpose.

You are responsible for (the content of) all information you share on Love My Salad. The information you place on Love My Salad will be publicly available and can be viewed by third parties.

It is not allowed to place any information on Love My Salad that can be considered incorrect, misleading, insulting or damaging. In case Rijk Zwaan is (made) aware that information has been published that can be considered incorrect, misleading, insulting or damaging, we will delete this information.

You are responsible for your profile and your contact details and to safeguard your password.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rijk Zwaan does not accept any liability for damages directly or

indirectly resulting from the use of any (information published on) Love My Salad, including consequential damages or loss of profit, except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the side of Rijk Zwaan.

Rijk Zwaan will not be liable for any damages, resulting directly or indirectly from any inability to access

and/or use Love My Salad.

These terms
