Preparation

Toss the sardines with salt, peppers and some herbs (choose the ones you like most) Bake the capsicums for 15 minutes at 190 degree and when ready dry and peel them. Slice the capsicums. Put the sardines on a baking pan with baking paper, cover them with a slice capsicum and and put another sardine on it (like a sandwich). Sprinkle with some Bread crumbs and pepper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree. Put the remaining capsicums in a mixer with some extra virgin olive oil and mix them till you will get a smooth cream. Lay the cream on a serving plate, add the sardines and decorate with edible flowers.
