Must be the best kept aussie secret! We all know about adding a slice of grilled pineapple to the famous "works" hamburger, so now it is time to discover the taste blast of BBQ rockmelon, sent in by an aussie rock melon grower.

BBQ Rockmelon served with bacon & eggs for breaky. You already know how to do the bacon & eggs, mushrooms etc..

Prepare your rockmelon into nice 2 cm slices or wedges, BBQ for 1 or 2 minutes on each side and serve! Good taste contrast with salty bacon. A great aussie idea.

PS you can also grill them and pop the melons on toast with a bit of olive oil & salt and pepper. (and bacon)
